My Uberti SAA's, with factory one-piece grips do not have a locating pin hole in the lower front part of the grip frames to accept a locating pin, but maybe your Uberti's aso drilled. Believe me, you probably shouldn't try to do it unless you have the skills. If the grip panels do not already have such blind holes drilled in them, they must be drilled.
